The Yoga Lab is a fun and welcoming alignment based class designed for those of us that are curious about alignment, patterns, and pain in our bodies and how those things are related. This class has an interactive environment where we (teacher and students) experiment together. It is a unique opportunity to enter into a dialogue of verbal and physical conversation. We explore questions and answers not only about alignment, but also about philosophy and life.
The work can be very physical at times and very subtle at others; it is always different, often with a hands-on component and partner exercises. Everyone receives personalized attention and instruction. The class works together to create a safe space where we can impact healing on many different levels.
