Strong As A Mother

This is not your typical postpartum exercise class. This is not boot camp or yoga, both of which are great and may currently be part of your exercise routine. This is not about “getting your body back”. It’s about moving forward. Reconnecting with those areas of your body that may feel lost. Rebuilding your body’s deep strength and stability from the inside out. I’d like for you to be able to join your kids on the trampoline or go for a run with out having to change your pants afterward! I’d love for you to do yoga and boot camp and avoid injury and feel strong while you do them. Reap the benefits of this restorative and strengthening work and feel genuinely better in your body!
