Weaving together yoga, strength training and movement to support and ease the pregnant and postpartum form while building breathe and body awareness. This workout will help Mamas feel strong, limber and in-tune with their body! Get ready to move while grooving to a playlist filled with hip-hop & R&B (past and present).
