Mama Power

Mama Power is a dynamic, fun, upbeat low impact cardio workout for expecting and new mothers. Weaving together yoga, strength training and movement to support and ease the pregnant and postpartum form while building breathe and body awareness. This workout will help Mamas feel strong, limber and in-tune with their body!
