This unique yearlong program for students of all levels offers opportunities to experience asana, pranayama breath work, meditation, and sutra reflection to help you delve into who you are beyond your body and mind.
Cindy Dollar, well established certified Iyengar yoga instructor and long-timeBuddhist practitioner and teacher, has created this experiential program around the four foundations of mindfulness and meditation as viewed through the lens of yogic philosophy. As the body is the first foundation of mindfulness, we will use it as a means to explore the inner world of consciousness. Each weekend will include aspects of all four foundations, with an emphasis on a different one each weekend.
