Thursday, March 22nd 7-8:30 pm
Qoya is based on the simple idea that through the movement of our bodies, we remember our essence as wise, wild and free! Qoya weaves dance, yoga and feminine movement together as a continuous invitation to sink deep into the wisdom of our bodies. Qoya reminds us, as women what it feels like to allow ourselves to be and breathe… right where we are.
We will dance with the theme, Sisterhood! What is your unique relationship to sisterhood? What is your relationship like with the women in your life? Throughout class you will have the opportunity to explore what sisterhood feels like in your body, through dance!
This workshop is open to women and all humans who identify as female!
